List of Fees
The fees applicable are specified in Law 10/2013, of the Andorran Financial Authority, under the following articles:
Article 50. Application fee for the admission to trading of digital assets.
The base to which the rate is applied to is the nominal value of the issue for which admission to trading is requested. The fee is calculated by multiplying the rate to the base pursuant to the maximum amount of emission value, as set out below:

Article 52. Application fee for the prior verification of the submitted application to initiate activities.
The base to which the rate is applied to is the total value of token issues or the minimum capital corresponding to the entity for which the commencement of activity is requested, depending on the cases.
The fee is calculated by multiplying the rate to the applicable base referred to above on the basis of the following table of minimum capital of authorised entities and total value of token issuance or particular type of activity:

Article 54. Application of annual fee for activity supervision
The supervisory fee is of 0.20% of the total amount of the sales corresponding to the services provided, and with a minimum of:

Article 51. Application fee for the trading of digital assets.
The base to calculate the fee is the euro trading value of digital assets transmitted by euro or other digital assets.
The fee is calculated by multiplying the rate of 0.2‰ to the above base
This fee will be transferred and used for the compensation account of Article 19 of Law 32/2014 of 27 November on the sustainability of public finances and budgetary and fiscal stability, until an Andorran sovereign fund has been set up for other purposes.
