List of Fees

The applicable fees are specified in Law 10/2013, of 23 May, of the Andorran Financial Authority, under the following articles:

Article 52. Application fee for the prior verification of the submitted file to initiate activities.

The fee applicable to the registered digital overseers is a fixed amount of 1,071 euros.

Article 53. Application of an annual fee for the continuation of activities.

The fixed fee for registered digital overseers is a fixed amount of 536 euros.

Article 54. Application of an annual fee for activity supervision.

The supervision fee applicable is 0.20% of the total sales amount corresponding to the services provided, with a minimum of 536 euros in the case of registered digital overseers.
