Cancellation of residences without lucrative activity
The cancellation of a residence without gainful activity permit in the Principality of Andorra and the return of the corresponding deposit is one of the steps that make up the cancellation process managed by the Immigration Service, as specified in Law 9/2012, 31st May, as a modification of the Immigration Law. The AFA will only proceed to return the deposit in question upon receiving the corresponding instructions from the Immigration Service.
