The consolidated texts of the Llei de l’Autoritat Financera Andorrana and Llei del Règim Disciplinari del sistema financer are published

The consolidated texts of two laws are published: Llei de l’Autoritat Financera Andorrana and Llei del Règim Disciplinari del sistema financer.

The consolidated points are those that refer to the changes introduced through the law of solvency, liquidity and prudential supervision as well as the organizational requirements and operating conditions of the operating entities of the financial system, the protection of the investor, the abuse of market and financial guarantee agreements.

In this way, it is intended to facilitate citizenship the consultation and clarity of the law, including all the changes that have been made, and thus preserve legal certainty.
